That's my motto.

My name is Marcin Gilewski, international experience in the locksmith work began in 2008. Contract with a German company.

My way of working, precision, professionalism, logical thinking, punctuality, ability to motivate others to work to find a solution for every situation, which seemed to have no way out, tenacity of purpose and leadership qualities have been appreciated and resulted in further international contracts.

Each subsequent order was a new, more challenging, and was associated with increasing responsibility, supervision team (max. 25 persons) and implementation of the entire project, often in very difficult climatic conditions, the struggle with the mentality of a human, and in the initial period to communicate with subordinate employees without knowledge of their native language.

The great value is my general technical knowledge, and the extraordinary speed of learning new things. I can use many tools and power tools, I communicate in four European languages and one African.
